Say cheese! Cheese always gets people to smile. Today we are talking about the Cheese booth at the 2013 Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

Menu
- Almond-crusted blue cheese soufflé with fig jam (vegetarian)

One of my favorite items to get at any restaurant is the cheese plate. There is always a variety of cheese – mild, medium and strong flavors. This cheese plate includes three: Beecher’s Flagship Reserve server with honey, La Bonne Vie Triple Crème Brie with apricot jam and Wyngaard goats gouda with Craisin bread. These were delicious! I was also glad to see that this particular selection didn’t include a blue cheese since it was being featured in the soufflé.
