Some of our favorite German beers at Disney World

Prost! Today is Germany Beer Day. In honor, we thought we’d share some German beers we’ve tried at Disney World.

At the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, you’ll find a beer stand located next to the Germany Pavilion with picnic benches and high top tables. There are typically two beer flights offered. Last years beer flight #2 featured Radeberger Pilsner, BraufactuM Palor, BraufactuM Roog Smoked Wheat Beer and BraufactuM Darkon. We HAD to try this one because it offered three beers that aren’t available year round.  The Radeberger Pilsner you can purchase at any of the beer carts in Germany, Sommerfest and Biergarten Restaurant.

Strangely enough the prices are no the same at the beverage carts and Sommerfest. At the beer cart located inside the pavilion, Radeberger Pilsner and Altenmüster Oktoberfest are 8.50 and served in a souvenir mug 12.50. The Schöfferhofer Grapefruit is also available for 7.75. It’s very popular. At the Triken beer cart, Radeberger Pilsner and Schöfferhofer Grapefruit are 8.50. At Sommerfest, Radeberger Pilsner and Schöfferhofer Grapefruit are 8.00 and 11.75 if purchased in a souvenir mug. Please note that all of these prices were current three weeks ago.
