This wine dinner will be hosted by Mr. Tony McClung, General Manager of Copain Wines in Healdsburg, California. Copain Winery is a small, family-owned winery founded by Wells Guthrie in 1999. The winery overlooks the Russian River Valley and creates California wines that use the traditions of European winemakers. Their grape varietals include Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
