Four Season Orlando at Epcot Food and Wine Festival and more

For those that love the food at Four Seasons Orlando, you’ll be excited to know that they’ll be at Epcot Food and Wine Festival this year. Also, they have some events coming up this fall.

Upcoming Events
August 20, 2016: Chef Marco Koch from Ravello will be at the “O-Town Mac Down” event benefiting Give Kids The World. Chef Koch hopes to defend his title of reigning champion, he took first place with his signature manchego mac with duck confit dish.
August 26, 2016: Chef Jon Weisel from Capa will be at the Taste of the Nation event benefiting the Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry initiative.
Epcot Food and Wine Festival
The Epcot Food and Wine Festival will be heal September 14 through November 14, 2016. This year, some of the Four Seasons chefs will be participating in some of the events taking place. They include:
October 14, 2016: Culinary demonstration at 12 pm featuring Pastry Chef Peter Whitley. He’ll be making Oreo-crusted peanut butter pie with candied peanuts and chocolate whipped cream.
October 15, 2016: Culinary demonstration at 12 pm featureing Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi. The chef will demonstrate seared ahi tuna with his signature Fabrizio Rub and eggplant caponata.
October 29, 2016: Schenardi and Chef Mikey Termini of PB&G will present at Party for the Senses. They’ll be serving pan seared sea scallops, key lime basil dressing, warm farrotto and wild mushrooms.
