Monsieur Paul now open in Epcot’s France Pavilion
Earlier this year Bistro de Paris, upstairs from Les Chefs de France, closed for refurbishment. On December 11 the restaurant reopened but under the name of Monsieur Paul, after Chef Paul Bocuse.
The restaurant has been reimagined with a less formal, more modern look. The servers now wear crisp white shirts with purple ties and long black bistro aprons so they are upscale but not stuffy. Included in the decor is mementos from Chef Paul Bocuse’s culinary career.
The menu features classic French dishes with a modern twist and American influence. New dishes include: Soupe aux Truffles V.G.E. – black winter truffle and beef broth soup; Homard du Maine a L’Armoricaine, riz Pilaf – Maine lobster, vegetable brunoise and rice pilaf; and souffle chaud au grand Marnier – warm Grand Marnier souffle.
