New Items Coming To The Bengal Barbeque At Disneyland

No Disneyland trip can’t be complete without visiting this staple inside Adventureland. The Bengal Barbeque has been serving fire grilled beef and chicken for over 25 years. Their menu started out simple, but over the years Disney Chefs have expanded the menu by adding more flavor’s and newer items.

Recently the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost closed its doors forever in an attempt to help ease the flow of traffic in Adventureland. With that, part of the Outpost will be expanded into a new air-conditioned indoor seating area for The Bengal Barbeque to be open at the end of June. And with a new area, comes new items now available.

For you seafood lovers, The Bengal Barbeque has an Ahi Poke Spring Roll that will have your taste buds………rolling. Marinated Ahi tuna with crisp lettuce, carrots, daikon, pickled cucumber, cilantro, Thai basil, mint, sliced jalapeños and creamy wasabi mayo rolled in a rice paper wrap. A ginger dipping sauce will be served on the side.

Or enjoy the taste of the Middle East with a Hummus Trio made in-house. Black bean, red pepper, and jalapeño hummus served with an assortment of vegetables.

And just in time for summer, The Bengal Barbeque Jungle Juice will definitely cool you off on a hot day. A tropical slush with grape, orange, pineapple and lemon.
