New menu items at Raglan Road
At the Mighty Festival St. Patrick’s (March 13-17, 2015), guests will get to try new menu items at Raglan Road. The spring menu will feature new food and cocktails!
According to Disney Parks Blog, the new menu item doesn’t just feature lunch and dinner items, but new dishes for their Rollicking Raglan Weekend Brunch (Saturdays and Sundays – 10 am – 3 pm). Brunch will start with a complimentary Suave Smoothie, fresh fruit and honey yogurt. New dishes include Pork Hash Tagged, potato hash with bits of crispy braised pork belly topped with fried eggs and shallot puree; Ellis Isle Steak ‘n Eggs, grilled New York strip steak, roast potatoes and poached eggs that are fried and battered; and Smoked Salmon Potato Cakes with thin potato pancakes topped with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and drizzled caper dill vinaigrette.
On the lunch and dinner menu, guests will now see Cod Cornucopia, pan-roasted cod with crispy skin atop warm potato salad and chorizo vinaigrette; Proud Pork, grilled chop with traditional colcannon potato mash with cabbage, buttermilk and onion, and cider port jus; and Double Joint, cowboy cut rib-eye steak served with duck fat fries, roasted vegetables and a lightly dressed salad, with béarnaise or red wine jus.
Guests can also enjoy new cocktails, such as Strawberry Fields with Prosecco and vodka (available only at brunch), Ginger Mojito, and Smoking Margarita with tequila and Irish whiskey.
