On Thursday, May 18 at 6:30 pm, Paddlefish’s Executive Chef Mark Boor will be hosting an interactive cooking class at Publix’s Aprons School in Dr. Phillips. Those attending will be able to learn some really cool cooking skills and even create some of Paddlefish’s signature dishes.
What will you learn to cook? On the menu for the evening is Lobster Corn Dogs with Sweet Chili Aioli; Ahi Poke with Sweet Black Soy, Yuzu, Avocado, Radish, and Asian Pickle; Seabass with Coconut Milk, Crab Broth, Tomato, Peppers, and Ginger; and Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart with Candied Bacon, Sea Salt, and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream. Now that sounds delicious!
You can register for the cooking class online. The cost is 45 per person.
