This lasagna had a lot going on! The Lasagna Primavera’s a vegetarian dish made with spinach lasagna, green peas, zucchini, mushrooms, broccolini, béchamel, fresh tomatoes, garlic and basil leaves. It’s part of the TRYit! items and is a great way to get kids to eat vegetables without thinking they are eating vegetables. We found the dish to be really good and the portion size is great.
This is one of our favorite desserts at the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival! If you aren’t familiar with Limoncello it is an Italian lemon liqueur that is mainly produced in Sorrento and along the Amalfi coast. It is traditionally served as an after-dinner drink and has a sweet yet tart flavor. The raspberries paired nicely with the Limoncello panna cotta.
We tried the Birra del Borgo’s Rubus Lamponi as suggested by one of the Cast Members from Italy. It’s a spiced ale with raspberry as the main characteristic. This beer from Borgorose, Italy went nicely with the panna cotta.
