We found the smoked beef brisket with collard greens and jalapeño cornbread to be really good. Definitely not the best, but pretty good. If you live where barbecue is king then you might be a little disappointed. The jalapeño cornbread was fantastic and we liked the collard greens as a side. There is a very small condiment station that gives you the option of sweet and spicy barbecue sauces, so everyone is covered.
The dessert option is rocky road brownie mousse which was different than we had anticipating. We were expecting it to be a mousse cup (like the pumpkin mousse during Food and Wine) with small marshmallows and brownie bits, but instead it was more of brownie. All in all it was good. We paired the Blackwater porter from Orlando Brewing Company with it. Since porter has a strong flavor with natural sweetness it went well with the brownie.
