Gideon’s Bakehouse to Open at Disney Springs

We have exciting news about a new bakery coming to Disney Springs later this year! Gideon’s Bakehouse, a local award-winning bakery will be opening their second location across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in The Landing at Disney Springs later this year.

Gideon’s is known for their small-batch, handmade cookies, and cakes. They are said to be nearly half-pound cookies. Now that’s a BIG cookie! They have some interesting flavors too, including Peanut Butter Crisp, Cookies & Cream, Pistachio Toffee Dark Chocolate, and Coffee Cake Cookie. In addition to their popular favorites, they’ll have limited edition offerings and special releases.

In addition to cookies and cake slices, guests will also be able to enjoy unique iced coffees. You’ll want to stop by in the evening for their Hot Cookie Hour.
