Jardin de Fiestas at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2014

Returning to the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is Jardin de Fiestas. The Outdoor Kitchen has an all new menu. We were sad to see the Habanero Margarita not on the menu.

Taco al Pastor – Corn Tortilla filled with Achiote-marinated Pork, garnished with Grilled Diced Pineapple, Onions and Cilantro
Quesadilla de Hongos con Queso – Flour Tortilla filled with Mushrooms and Cheese (Vegetarian)
Flan de Chocolate Abuelita – Mexican Chocolate Custard (Vegetarian)
Tecate Draft Beer
Frambuesa Margartia on the Rocks – Raspberry
Tequila Flight – Blanco, Resposado, Añejo

We only tried the Taco al Pastor which was a corn tortilla filled with achiote-marinated pork, garnished with grilled diced pineapple, onions, cilantro and guacamole. The dish had a lot of flavor but the pork was a little chewy.
