Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2018

With all the sights, sounds, and smells in the air it can only mean one thing: it’s time for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort!  Taking place on select nights now through Dec. 21, 2018, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is one of the most magical events to enjoy during the holidays!

We had a chance to experience is all for ourselves and today, we get to share our thoughts with you!

Know Before You Go

Get your tickets early.

You can save $10 on your tickets compared to the day-of purchase price when you buy at least a day in advance! Day-of prices start at $105 per adult and $100 per child (ages 3-9), plus tax.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place on the following dates:

• November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 25, 27, 29 and 30
• December 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21

Prices vary based on event night. $10 advance purchase discount available for all event dates except December 21, 2018, when full day-of purchase price will apply.

Please remember separate theme park admission is required for this special event.

You Can Get In Before The Party Starts

While the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party starts at 7:00 pm and ends at 12:00 am, guests who purchase party tickets can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 pm.  However, Disney Vacation Club members can enter as early as 2:00 pm.  So for the price of the Christmas Party, you can enjoy a full 8 hours in the Most Magical Place On Earth!

Your Guide Map Is A Must

Part map, part times guide, the Christmas Party Guide Map is must if you want to know what, where, and when during your time at the Party.  Find out where you can find character photo ops, complimentary snack locations, special event locations, and when the “can’t miss” events happen during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.  You would literally be lost without it.

Happening 4 times a night, you can join Mickey, Minnie, and all their friends celebrate the Holidays.

This special fireworks spectacular lights up the night over Cinderella Castle.

The best parade all year features your favorite music, Disney characters, and even a visit from Santa himself!

Final Thoughts

In our house, it’s not the Holidays until we visit Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.  It’s jam-packed with food, fun, and all the Disney magic you can experience.  Even with all the special treats and entertainment, you can also ride many of your favorite attractions!

It’s too much fun and being able to enter a few hours before the “official” party starts allows guests to really get the most Disney for your money.  We had an absolute blast all night long.  We want to thank all the incredible Cast Members for making all our Christmas dreams come true and for hosting this event!
