New Victoria and Albert’s 10-course menu
Chef Scott Hunnel has created a new 10-course menu for Victoria and Albert’s. The new menu, Chef’s Degustation Menu, is a delicious 10-course meal.
It’s comprised of 10 small course of that highlight some of his favorite dishes. These have been inspired by where he has traveled – France, Italy, Spain and Asia, as well as the seasons. This new Victoria and Albert’s 10-course menu doesn’t effect the current 7-course Chef’s Tasting Menu.
The 10-course menu is designed to create a more relaxed experience for guests. There is also an addition of a cheese trolley, tables side butter carving (which sounds interesting) and a custom chocolate box of sweets.
The Queen Victoria Room, which seats on eight guests, will offer this 10-course meal paired with exclusive wines that will only be available in this quaint room.
At the Chef’s Table will still offer their menu paired with wine and spirits, as guests have the opportunity to talk with the chef and kitchen.
The seven-course menu is $185 ($250 with wine pairings); the 10-course menu is $235 ($340 with wine pairings). Dinner in the Queen Victoria Room is $340 and includes 10 courses paired with exclusive wine. The Chef’s Table in the kitchen is $250. For reservations, call (407) 939-3862 or book online.
