Paddlefish opens in Disney Springs on February 4
Last year, Fulton’s Crab House closed for refurbishment. On Saturday, February 4, the restaurant will open in Disney Springs as Paddlefish. We have the first look at the menus!
At the helm is still Executive Chef Mark Boor. We had the opoortunity to interview him a few years back and are so glad to hear that he will continue with Paddlefish. The restaurant is still part of Levy Restaurants will Portobello and Wolfgang Puck Cafe. It has received a complete overhaul with new interior and exterior, as well as a new menu.
“Paddlefish was inspired by a modern, seafaring yacht with its clean lines, crisp designs, refined woods and a sophisticated color palette of blues and grays.” according to their press release. We can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like! It’s going to be a large restaurant with 760 guests for seating between the main dining room, roof top deck and “boil room”.
The restaurant will be open daily from 11:30 am to 11 pm. The rooftop deck will be open with a late night menu and drinks until 1 am.
Reservations are currently not available, but will be soon!
