Vegetarian options at the 2013 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
19 October, 2013
For vegetarians, dining can be a little frustrating at times. The Disney Parks works hard to try to make it as easy as possible for guests with special dietary restrictions. At the 2013 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, vegetarians will find a green square with a V to denote menu items  that are vegetarian options. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but that is one of the things I think Epcot did “better” with “Food” & Garden this past Spring. It’s kind of sad that most of the vegetarian options listed above are actually desserts and not “food”, per se. With vegan and vegetarian-ism becoming more popular, Disney will have to more-completely plan that into Food & Wine’s “menu”.
