Primavera Kitchen at 2014 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival
The Primaver Kitchen returned to the 2014 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival with a completely new menu. Everything on this years menu was vegetarian and delicious!
Primavera Kitchen Menu
- Caprese – Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers and Olio Verde (Vegetarian)
- Three Cheese Manicotti – Egg Pasta stuffed with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Tomato Sauce and Béchamel (Vegetarian)
- Torta di Ricotta – Lemon Cheesecake with Limoncello Marinated Strawberries (Vegetarian)
- Placido, Pinot Grigio
- Placido, Chianti
- Bosco del Merlo, Prosecco
- White Peach Bellini
- Strawberry Rossini
- Frozen Italian Primavera – Assorted Fruit Slushie, Limoncello and Vodka
- Moretti Lager
- Moretti La Rossa
- Dasani Bottled Water
The Caprese was Fior di Latte mozzarella topped with roasted red and yellow peppers, chopped basil and drizzled olio verde. The mozzarella was really fresh. It was a very light, mild dish. It could have used a little salt but besides that, it was great.
The Torta di Ricotta was a ricotta made lemon cheesecake topped with strawberries marinated in Limoncello. It was absolutely delicious! Normally I find cheesecake to be a little boring but the lemon flavor and use of ricotta was great. It made this a wonderful dessert.
